Crewcraft's Agile Leadership Coaching and Consulting branch supported a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland in the areas of Finance Excellence and Intercompany Supply Chain. Our task was to support the company's agile transformation according to the Spotify organizational model. We created an agile organization by coaching leaders and managers in agile mindset, leadership, methodologies (OKR), and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify). This project introduced Agile ways of working that flattened hierarchies and increased flexibility. We aligned the leadership team and implemented Agile and Lean leadership principles by providing training and coaching on agile values, principles, mindset, frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques. The client confirmed the initiative's success based on their observations and measurements of the changed ways of working, meeting structures and execution, and quality of communication.

Crewcraft assisted in creating a separate system landscape, adapting procurement, manufacturing, administration, warehousing, quality control, and transfer processes, and migrating data (master and transaction data) into the new system worlds. They also established data networking with the external world, organized future warehouse services (SLAs), and arranged employee training and tests. One of the sites of a global pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland has formed independent units in Germany. To support this initiative, Crewcraft provided comprehensive assistance. They helped create an autonomous system landscape and adapted various procurement, administration, warehousing, quality control, and transfer processes. In addition, they worked on migrating relevant data (both master and transaction data) into the new system worlds.
